General description
This is a modern apartment on the garden level of a luxury condominium in Monte Estoril, a lovely area on Lisbon´s coast near Cascais. The condominium has a large swimming pool, landscaped central area with trees and grass, tennis court (small extra charge), a club with gym, table tennis and children´s play room, and children´s outdoor playpark. The grounds are lovely and as part of the landscaping there are ponds with goldfish, frogs and turtles. |
The apartment is modern and comfortable, and offers good conditions for 6 to sleep in 3 bedrooms and 2 full washrooms - one WC is en-suite to the larger bedroom. The kitchen opens out to the sitting room, which divides the master bedroom and the 2 other rooms, and it opens out to the deck and gardens. Outside there is a wooden table and chairs for 4 to enjoy a meal or a beverage any time of the day.
The apartment is fully equipped to maximize comfort and convenience. It has cable TV and WIFI, has a laundrette, and the kitchen is fully equipped with excellent appliances. You will find the kitchen prepared with everything you need to make and enjoy delicious meals. |
Location really is everything

There is a convenience shop literally a 2 minute walk away, as well as another small park with children´s play area, with café / restaurant. Nearby there are other nice restaurants. This condominium is about 12 minutes walk down to the beach and boardwalk to Estoril and Cascais. There you can take the train to Cascais or Lisbon. Along the way down there are several nice shops, restaurants, bakery, another park, etc.
Monte Estoril is a very nice and privileged residential area. To go to Lisbon, take the commuter coastal train (about 35 minutes), or if you have a car, you can drive along the coast then river to the centre (about 35 minutes) or through the motorway (25 minutes except during rush hour). You can get from the airport in about 40 minutes by taxi or bus - we can help you with organizing logistics. Its an excellent place to get to Lisbon, Cascais, Sintra, Guincho beach and the surrounding area. Within 15 minutes´ drive there 4 several highly acclaimed golf courses, the Estoril tennis club, beaches, shopping centres, Formula One race track, casino, 4 clubs with horse riding facilities and other amenities. |

Assumes up to 4 persons staying. For more, an additional charge of Eur 20/night will be requested. Cleaning after check out is included in the price. Extra cleaning can be provided at an extra charge. A baby cot with fresh clean linen can be set up for a one-time charge of 25 Euros. We can also provide for free a small bath tub and high-chair.
