The apartment is located in Lisbon´s historic center, in the town´s trendiest area, next to the most vibrant and cosmopolitan districts of Lisbon, as well as to the river and main transport hub.  It´s a scenic 25 minute train ride along the river/ocean to Estoril (for beaches), 35 minutes to Cascais, and only a short walk´s distance to the following (in minutes):

• Chiado / Bairro Alto districts (best areas in Lisbon for walking, shopping, dining, nightlife):  5m
  
• Cais do Sodré (metro, rail to Estoril and Cascais, ferries): 1m

Throughout the year (except high season) (3 nights minimum):   

• Daily rate:  160 Euros / night
• Weekly rate: 960 Euros

High season (June 1 - September 30) (4 nights minimum):

• Daily rate:  195 Euros / night
• Weekly rate:  1170 Euros
• Monthly rate:  Please contact us

Christmas & New Year (December 18 - January 3) (3 nights minimum):

• Daily rate:  175 Euros / night
• Weekly rate:  1050 Euros

Assumes up to 4 persons staying.  
For more, an additional charge of Eur 15/night will be requested. 
Cleaning after check out is included in the price.
Extra cleaning can be provided at an extra charge.
A baby cot with fresh clean linen can be set up for a one-time charge of 25 Euros. We can also provide free a small bath tub and high-chair for free.  

For check-ins later than 10pm we ask for a small charge of €30.

Important conditions


Advanced payment / reservation:

• Short stay:   25% with reservation.

NB:  a security deposit of EUR 200 is expected upon rental initiation;  this will be refunded with check-out and inventory.

Cancellation:

• > 4 weeks prior to rental:  100% refund
• > 2 weeks prior to rental:  50% refund of reservation deposit
• < 2 weeks prior to rental:  Reservation deposit is retained
• Note: There is a charge of EUR 40 for the refund of the reservation deposit.
